We support counseling and seeking assistance for those areas of difficulties in our lives, to do so shows wisdom. We also caution that many seek to give advise and manipulate based on ungodly philosophies and even at times using the word of God to attempt to reach their desired results. Satan uses this method and did it when confronting Christ.
So whether you are depressed, worried, abused, co-dependent or whatever it may be, realize that you must get over it. How and when are the issues.
Understanding, dealing with, coping, and surviving are steps that can lead in the right direction but ultimately until we bring God into the picture everything is a short term solution.
